We love a good meze spread (small shared plates), shwarmas, and smoky grilled veggies and meats, so we set off on a mission to track down the best Middle Eastern restaurants in Singapore. If you don’t mind splashing out a bit for an exquisite Middle Eastern meal, Shabestan is a good bet. This classy fine dining spot serves up Persian cuisine like rice dishes laced with saffron and dried fruits, fresh salads with zippy herbs and dressings, heart-warming stews, and char-grilled chicken, lamb, beef and seafood.
