Cuba Libre Café & Bar, Frasers Tower is going green with the new menu

Singapore, 5 November 2019 - Executive Chef, Alexander Moreno launched a new menu at Cuba Libre Café & Bar, Frasers Tower. It's always been Chef Alex's approach to curate Cuba Libre's menu with a healthier approach to the typical Latin American cuisine. With this new menu, he is going green by offering 40% of vegetarian options from the whole food menu.

New highlights from the tapas section that vegetarian guests can look forward to are Champinones al Ajillo, sautéed garlic mushrooms, ricotta cheese & spinach ($10 ++); Bolitas de Queso, crispy Latin American style cheese croquettes ($12 ++) and Batata Doce, Brazilian style Aloo Tiki ($11 ++).

Other must-try vegetarian dishes are Paella de Vegetales, with asparagus, hard boiled eggs and green peas ($20 ++); Vegetarian Potato & Cauliflower Nachos ($14 ++); Garden Chickpeas Sandwich ($14++); Vegetariana Burger ($15 ++); Beetroot & Goat Cheese Salad ($15 ++); and Del Bosque forest salad with dried fruits, peanuts, almonds, sesame, emental cheese & honey balsamic dressing ($14 ++).

On top of the large variety of new vegetarian dishes, Cuba Libre at Frasers Tower added new Cuban-inspired cocktails such as La Bandera, Cuban Punch, Cuban Ginger, Sexo en Varadeo, and many more! New cocktails are on 1-for-1 all night every Wednesday!

Cuba Libre Café & Bar at Frasers Tower focuses more on its kitchen, serving up lunch and dinner for Tanjong Pagar locale. It’s been our Executive Chef’s mission to create healthy Latin American contemporary cuisines. The menu is designed with influences from the surrounding countries like Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia, Costa Rica, Portugal and Spain.

For lunch, diners can enjoy set menu selections from $12.90++ per person. For those that are too busy to savour the delicious lunch, get a grab & go healthy Latino bowl from $10++. The set menu selections change fortnightly to match the available seasonal produce in the market. Vegetarian options are available!
