At Cuba Libre (Fraser's towers), customers can have a contemporary style Latin American cuisine ranging from parmesan soup, octopus grill, spice-crusted lamb tenderloin, and much more. At Clarke Quay, Chef Alex has prepared a different menu to meet the vibrant party crowd’s taste. You can enjoy delicacies such as creamy mushroom soup, Bolitas De Quezo, Seafood Zarzuela, Pork Ribs, and much more.
