A wholesome vegan experience with 7-course degustation dinner

Redefining the ingredients of the Persian cuisine is a daunting task on its own. Coupled with making it wholly vegan but packing the flavors of Persia is a challenge that not many can master. It certainly is a treat to have a vegan take to Persian cuisine, but it was made to reality when Shabestan worked with LivingveggiebyAnia hosted a seven-course vegan degustation dinner exclusively for pre-booking guests.

"Every single dish looked like a small piece of art , Hamid Hosseini with an artistic precision combined Persian tradition with the plant based movement. Ash Reshteh , Mirza Ghasemi (always my personal favourite) Yetimche , Eggplant Bruschetta, Vegetable Shashlik Khoresh-E-Fesenjan (veggie shashlik in pomegranate and walnut sauce), Soya Lubia Polo and for sweet finale Sholeh zard - rice pudding with rose water and saffron. I will definitely be back for more of this delicious food at Shabestan. It's a perfect spot for a romantic date or night out with my girlfriends." LivingVeggiebyAnia
